Telephone, Email and Screen Sharing Support
Up to 4 hours of support are included via telephone (toll-free), email or screen sharing sessions. We will work with you to diagnose and correct the problem, whether it be the FBA Pack itself or issues with your environment (SharePoint, Windows). In addition the support can also be used for help with custom modifications to the FBA Pack.
Priority bug fixes
Don’t wait for the next release to get a bug fixed. If a bug is impacting your environment we will work on the fix immediately and provide you with a build as soon as it has been fixed. For most bugs you will have a fixed build in 2-5 days.
FBA User Import/Update Tool
The support plan includes a command-line tool to bulk import and update users from a Tab-Separated-Value / Excel file. The tool updates the following fields:
- Username
- Email Address
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password (Includes template to auto generate password in Excel)
- SharePoint Groups
- Notes
